What IRCC lists

• On the list

DLI O184670232658 is on IRCC’s list of designated learning institutions, so it may host international students. A study permit application needs a letter of acceptance from a listed institution.IRCC: designated learning institutions list (we read it October 24, 2026)

• PGWP listing

IRCC lists this institution as offering programs that can lead to a post-graduation work permit. IRCC also says plainly that not all of its programs are eligible: check the program.IRCC: designated learning institutions list

Four questions, kept apart

• Admission is the institution’s decision, on its own requirements. Nothing on this page is an application or an offer.
• A study permit is IRCC’s decision. It needs a letter of acceptance from a listed institution, usually a provincial attestation letter, and proof of the money IRCC asks for.
• A post-graduation work permit is a separate IRCC decision after graduation, and depends on the institution, the program, the credential, the field of study and the date the study permit was applied for.
• Permanent residence is a separate set of programs again. Canadian study and Canadian work can feed some of them; neither leads to one by itself.
