What IRCC lists

• On the list

DLI O19425660421 is on IRCC’s list of designated learning institutions, so it may host international students. A study permit application needs a letter of acceptance from a listed institution.IRCC: designated learning institutions list (we read it October 24, 2026)

• PGWP listing

IRCC lists this institution as offering programs that can lead to a post-graduation work permit. IRCC also says plainly that not all of its programs are eligible: check the program.IRCC: designated learning institutions list

• Graduate

IRCC lists this institution among the public designated learning institutions offering degree-granting master’s and doctoral programs, which its page says need no provincial attestation letter for study permit applications made after January 1, 2026. Which programs that covers is the institution’s to confirm.

Four questions, kept apart

• Admission is the institution’s decision, on its own requirements. Nothing on this page is an application or an offer.
• A study permit is IRCC’s decision. It needs a letter of acceptance from a listed institution, usually a provincial attestation letter, and proof of the money IRCC asks for.
• A post-graduation work permit is a separate IRCC decision after graduation, and depends on the institution, the program, the credential, the field of study and the date the study permit was applied for.
• Permanent residence is a separate set of programs again. Canadian study and Canadian work can feed some of them; neither leads to one by itself.
