What this list is, and what it is not

IRCC publishes it. We hold a copy as facts, show the date we read it, and link every row back to IRCC’s own page. Where the two differ, IRCC’s page is right.
A letter of acceptance from a designated learning institution is needed to apply for a study permit. Being on the list is not a study permit.
IRCC says plainly that not every program at a listed institution leads to a post-graduation work permit. A row marked “program by program” links to IRCC’s own page for that institution.
We do not rank institutions, we are paid nothing for anything on this page, and the order is by name.
